crowded in season. Safe anchorage between Porto Venere and
Palmaria Island exept in westerlies. Min. depth about 2 m.
High tension cable between mainland and island make advisable for large sailing boats to pass Douth of island. Also entrance between mainland and island very dangerous if there is a fresh wind from third and fourth quadrans. |
